Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Regions & Options

  • EU-Wide Shipping: We deliver to all EU member countries.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Transit time: 5–10 business days

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Transit time: 2–4 business days

    • Cost: Available at checkout as a flat-rate upgrade

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our workshop.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Custom & Pre-Order Items

  • Bespoke builds (logo shapes, stage rings, large installations) have a lead time of 4–6 weeks.

  • You’ll receive a personalized production schedule when your order is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee


If your Cloud Lamp isn’t everything you dreamed, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping).

How to Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization
    Email support@croketlight.art with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Prepare Your Package

    • Lamp must be in original condition: unmodified, clean, and in its original packaging.

    • Include all accessories (USB-C cable, power adapter, mounting template/hooks).

  3. Ship It Back

    • We’ll email you a prepaid return label (EU only).

    • Drop off at the carrier specified.

  4. Refund Issued

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges (e.g., Baby → Chunky model) follow the same return process.

  • After your return is processed, simply place a new order for the desired item.

Return Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Logo-shaped and oversized installations are crafted-to-order and cannot be returned, but they are covered by our one-year warranty for any defects.

  • Damage in Transit: If your lamp arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging; we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
